Ivytide is an Indie Pop band from Montreal, Canada. Founding members, Nathan Gagné (vocals/guitar), Jamie Snytte (guitar) and Kyle Ruggiero (bass) met at a recording studio, where they developed a dynamic chemistry in their songwriting. A mutual love for chill indie music led to the production of bedroom pop songs with intricate and memorable melodies, which float on top of well thought-out unique instrumentation. Following a string of catchy singles, Ivytide released their latest EP „softy“ on September 1st, 2021.

After building a following with the release of their EP „Pardon our distance“ in 2020, Ivytide’s EP “softy” (2021) gained both local and global recognition, as singles „text me when u get home“ “ouest side” and “call it what u want” were featured on the covers of Spotify’s editorial playlists “Indie Pop & Chill” and “Montreal Chill”.

Ivytide has been featured on CBC, CTV Morning Live, Earmilk, Exclaim!, Ones to watch, Early Rising, Indie 88 and more.

„Tapping into their signature infectious vibes, the trio are unapologetic and upbeat in equal halves on the seven-track production.“
-Earmilk, on Ivytide’s „softy“ EP
