Drei Menschen mit dem Hang zur Melancholie verlieren sich regelmäßig in kurzweiligen Pop-Melodien, nur um sie am Ende in einem Gitarrengewitter und ungezwungenem Bombast aufgehen zu lassen. JAGUWAR fühlen sich im Noise Pop zu Hause und sind berüchtigt für ihre Wall of Sound, die sie live kreieren. Im Januar 2018 erscheint ihr Debütalbum Ringthing über das Hamburger Label Tapete Records.
Doch die Band hat bereits jetzt schon einiges vorzuweisen. Seit 2012 haben sie zwei EPs in Eigenregie herausgebracht, die später vom US-Label Prospect Records nochmals aufgelegt wurden. Außerdem waren Jaguwar an diversen internationalen Compilations beteiligt, für welche sie unter anderem innovative Cover-Songs von Genre-Größen wie Ride und The Telescopes beisteuerten. 2015 waren sie außerdem an der „Revolution – A Shoegaze Revival“ Compilation mit eigenem Material beteiligt, welche über das UK-Label Raphalite Records in Zusammenarbeit mit dem indonesischen Label Gerpfast Kolektif erschien.
Die letzten zwei Jahre hat die Band maßgeblich mit Touren in Europa verbracht. So zum Beispiel in Großbritannien, Frankreich, Deutschland, Schweden, Dänemark und großen Teilen Osteuropas. Des Weiteren teilten sie die Bühne als Support mit We Were Promised Jetpacks, Japandroids, The Megaphonic Thrift und bespielten Festivals wie das DEAF ROW FEST in Jena (Celeste, Ultha, u.A.) und das Reverence Festival in Valada/Portugal (Cheatahs, The Horrors, Alcest, Jon Spencer Blues Explosion, u.A.).

I-Taki Maki is an Italian alt-indie duo, formed in 2012, based in Berlin since 2015.
The group consists of Go-Mimmi-Go and strAw.
Their music features a melding of alternative rock and post-punk influences and a minimal arrangement and composition. The band’s discography consists of three studio albums, Magneto (2012), Western Monamour – the West Way [of Life] (2014) and Dust… and it will be forever (2015); two EPs and 4 music videos l’Orrore della Globalizzazione (2013), Garrincho Monamour Steeldust (2014), Dust (2015) and Black Autumn Sun, (2016) a live video by the Open Stage Berlin & Kopperkollektive.
