Nach zwei Studioalben (2010 + 2014) und einer Live-EP (2017) erschien Ende vergangenen Jahres mit „Paria“ ein neuer Song der Schweizer Postrock-Band FLIEDER, dem mit „Now“ nunmehr ein weiterer nachfolgt – und wir präsentieren das dazugehörige Video am 21.01.19 exklusiv!

„Now“ ist ein an Genre-Ikonen der Neunziger angelehnter Instrumental-Tune, der auf Basis einer melodiösen Gitarrenfigur, sanfter Elektronik und live erzeugter Loops zu einem Stück fein verwobenen Postrocks anschwillt.

Das Video zu „Now“ zeigt die beiden Band-Masterminds Thomas Böhm und Thomas Troxler in harmonischer Live-Interaktion – dazu Videoregisseurin Nathalie Smrkovsky:

The build up of the visual implementation demonstrates the build up of the track. Details are shown as well as they can be heard in the song. Working with Flieder was part of the concept. The atmosphere of them playing together and showing them like they are on stage as genuine as possible is shown in a room with stage lightning which becomes more intense during the song. The communication between the two performers is the key point for creating harmonic interaction and transporting that to the audience.
